Having qualified from the University of Leicester Medical School in 1998, I commenced my training in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine in 1999 and during my training have worked across the East Midlands. I was appointed as a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the University Hospitals of Leicester in 2008 and have worked there as a full-time member of staff ever since. I work as a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine at Glenfield Hospital and deliver my anaesthetic and clinic sessions at both Glenfield Hospital and Leicester General Hospital. I have been in Private Practice since 2008 and provide anaesthetic care for patients across a wide range of surgical specialities at Spire Hospital Leicester, Nuffield Hospital Leicester and also at Spire Hospital Nottingham.
